Shipping of Products
You can also use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number and order Id (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number or order Id we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

What if you’re not around when we deliver?
Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
What about Cash on Delivery?
We give the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.
We are always trying our best to make sure that your experience with us is seamless and stress-free. Which is why we take great care in delivering our products, while adhering to the highest of degrees.
However, if there is ever an oversight on our part, or you find yourself dissatisfied with the purchase, please refer to our return and exchange policy below.
Return and Exchange Criteria
Your purchase is eligible for return and exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item on our website / the order confirmation email.
- If the product has been damaged during transit.
All of our products are crafted by the hands of our experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each one a unique work of art with one of a kind finishing. Due to the concrete nature of the products and the distinctive process that it goes through, slight variations in colour tones, shapes or sizes may occur. There may be bubbles, air holes and other unique textures that attest to the authenticity of the material, which add to their value, therefore are not regarded as defects or discrepancies and are ineligible for return or exchange.
If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
Return and Exchange Request
If your purchase meets the return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of the delivery. It is important to adhere to the timeline as our logistics will be needing time to investigate the claim and provide you with a replacement.
In order to initiate the exchange process, you will be required to send us an email at email@example.com, detailing the information stated below
- Order Number
- The specific reason for return (defect, damage or incorrect product)
- An attachment of 2 to 3 images, which must include
- Photographs of the product, captured from multiple angles that exhibit the damage, to help us conduct a thorough investigation.
- A picture of the product with packaging components, I.e bubble wraps, thermocol, cloth bag cardboards, etc.
- A picture of the parcel/carton in original condition.
Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and the original packaging is intact.
We will review your complaint and if the above-mentioned criteria are met, you will receive an email stating the return & exchange process to be done further.
Please note, that items once purchased are not eligible for refund. We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product in case a customer changes their minds.
Return and Exchange Process
Once your appeal is accepted, you have two ways through which we can initiate the return process -
- You are required to ship the parcel back to us. Once you dispatch the item and it reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted and the shipping charges will be reimbursed to you.
If a genuine defect is found, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
- If you’re in an urgent need for replacement, please specify that in the email. You will be free to keep the damaged product and we will send you a replacement item with no additional product cost. However, in this case a packaging and shipping charge of INR 100 will be applied.
